Why does my bed bed look flat when i unwrap it?

Our beds are Vacume packed for easy postage so take a couple of minutes before its ready to use. Please allow 24 hours to fully expand.

Is my bed waterproof?

Our beds are not waterproof however the mattress has a water resistant lining. Our beds are intended for indoor use only with Cats/dogs that are potty trained. Our covers are machine washable for light spills.

Is my bed indestructable?

While we pride ourselves on providing high-quality beds, we cannot claim they are indestructible. our beds are designed with several features to enhance their durability. Each bed is equipped with a non-slip base and has a substantial weight, making them challenging for pets to pick up or move around easily. Additionally, width of the chin rest makes it less accessible for dogs to grasp with their mouths. Our beds are crafted from a durable boucle fabric, although it's important to note that this material may not withstand repeated digging from dogs. While our beds offer excellent quality and resilience, we recommend monitoring your pet's behaviour and providing appropriate supervision to ensure the longevity of their bed.
